Who We Are

About Chambers of R. Santhalia

The Chambers of Roshan Santhalia was founded in 2012 with a clear and enduring mission — to provide clients with deeply researched, principled, and effective legal representation.

After graduating from NALSAR University of Law and completing a Master’s degree at the University of Oxford, Roshan Santhalia returned to India to establish a practice built on academic rigor, courtroom experience, and an unwavering commitment to clients’ interests. In 2018, he qualified as an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, further consolidating his standing in appellate and constitutional litigation.

For over a decade, the Chambers has represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and various Tribunals and Courts across Delhi. The practice, led by Roshan, is characterized by its depth of research, precision in drafting, and strategic advocacy across diverse areas of law.

Roshan and his team are regularly instructed by clients, law firms, and individual advocates to argue or assist in matters spanning civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, company, intellectual property, and matrimonial laws among others.
