Defending Your Rights
We have an established practice before the NCLT, NCLAT, and the Supreme Court in relation to disputes arising out of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). We have represented corporate debtors, financial creditors in operational and financial debt cases. We have also represented companies seeking voluntary insolvency.
This comprehensive experience allows us to build robust legal strategies. We have successfully defended companies from insolvency petitions. In the matter of Totem Media Solutions Private Limited v V2 Retail Limited, Company Petition (IB) No. 2618/ND/2019 dated 25 June 2020, NCLT Delhi, after the petition was admitted, we successfully negotiated a settlement that led to the NCLT setting aside the insolvency order. We have also initiated insolvency process for financial creditors, as demonstrated in Pranav Gupta v Geofin Investment Private Limited, MANU/NC/4913/2018 dated 03 May 2018, NCLT New Delhi. Our work also includes guiding companies through voluntary insolvency, for instance representing a petitioner before the Supreme Court in Sri Munisuvrata Agri International Limited v Bank of Baroda & Ors., Civil Appeal No. 3114/2020 dated 30 September 2020.
Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here.
