Defending Your Rights
We argue on behalf of our clients before the Supreme Court, the commercial divisions of High Courts, and specialized tribunals like the NCLT and the Competition Commission of India.
We provide strategic guidance in internal corporate disputes, having represented minority shareholders fighting oppression and mismanagement in cases such as Bani Arora v Prem Dynit Private Limited, 135(ND)/2017 dated 08 August 2017, NCLT New Delhi. In a significant matter before the Competition Commission of India, In Re Kalpit Sultania v. IREL, Case No. 22/2021 dated 03 January 2022, Competition Commission of India, our arguments led to a full investigation into a company's alleged abuse of its dominant market position. Our experience is diverse, covering everything from complex maritime and shipping claims, as in Standard Ganpati Merchandise Private Limited v WATCO Shipping Services & Ors., FAO No. 89/2017 dated 03 May 2017, Delhi High Court, to disputes with customs authorities.
Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here.
