Defending Your Rights

For us, a victory in a consumer case isn’t final until it’s secure. We are staunch advocates for consumer rights, with an established practice before the District, State, and National Consumer Commissions. Our greatest strength lies in our appellate expertise—our proven ability to not only win complex, high-value claims but to defend those verdicts at the Supreme Court.

A standout success is our representation of PC Jeweller Limited in the widely-noted “Lamborghini Gallardo” case (Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited v PC Jeweller Limited, Civil Appeal Diary Number 26646/2024 dated 29 November 2023, Supreme Court). After securing a favorable order from the NCDRC, we successfully defended it before the Supreme Court, ensuring the insurance company’s appeal was dismissed. We have a consistent record of overturning incorrect decisions from lower forums, as in CTS Industries Limited v Oriental Insurance Company Limited, First Appeal No. 252/2009 dated 01 March 2017, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, where an incorrect SCDRC judgment was overturned by the NCDRC. We have also represented homebuyers affected by project delays in Arvind Yadav v Omaxe Azorim Developers Private Limited, Consumer Case No. 604/2014 dated 20 April 2017, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here
