We represent our clients before both adhoc and institutional arbitral tribunals. We also represent our clients before the Hon’ble Courts in the ongoing and not yet commenced an arbitrations for court reliefs under Section 9, 11 etc of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act. A key part of our strategy involves using the court system to protect our clients’ interests during an arbitration. In M/s Sharada Developers v M/s Agarwal Associates Promoters Limited, OMP (I) COMM 8562/2022 & connected matters dated November 25 2022, Delhi District Courts, we first secured an urgent court order to protect property under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act, and then obtained an injunction from the arbitrator under Section 17 in DIAC No. 6030/03-2023 dated June 7 2023, showcasing a seamless, dual-forum strategy. Our experience spans a variety of complex disputes, from construction claims, such as in Decopride Infratech Pvt Ltd v Adani Tracks Management Services Private Limited, Arbitration Proceedings No. 8 of 2022 and 27 of 2022 dated March 6 2023, Gujarat High Court Arbitration Centre to breaches of employment covenants, such as in RV Solutions Private Limited v Ajay Dixit & Ors., Case Ref No. DAC/2375/01/-19 dated June 28 2020, Delhi Arbitration Centre.

Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here.
