We handle a wide spectrum of cases, from defending individuals in criminal trials to navigating complex appeals at the High Courts and the Supreme Court.

Our expertise extends to the intricate world of white-collar crime, where we have a strong record of securing and opposing bail in high-stakes financial investigations and defending corporate leaders, as we did in Centrum Financial Services Ltd v State of NCT of Delhi, SLP (Crl) No. 6709/2020 dated  January 28 2022, Supreme Court. We also have a nuanced understanding of specialized laws like the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), successfully arguing in Swapan Bose v ******, OC 1320/2020, Adjudicating Authority, PMLA that our client's assets were not proceeds of crime.

In serious criminal matters, we are relentless in our pursuit of justice, having secured acquittals in dowry death trials, such as in State v ****** & Ors., SC No. 65/2015 dated June 03 2017, Sessions Court, Rohini District Courts and successfully challenged wrongful convictions at the Supreme Court, as in the case of **** v State of Bihar, SLP (Crl) No. 9577/2018 dated  October 12 2020.  We also understand the importance of finding resolutions, often facilitating amicable settlements to quash FIRs in sensitive matters. Our active practice in cheque dishonour cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, has led to positive outcomes for both complainants seeking justice, as in RP Singh v LK Sharma, CT. CASES/11981/2019 dated December 24 2024, Saket District Court and those wrongfully accused, as in Orient Bell Limited v Thanu Trading India Pvt Ltd., CIS No. 1934/2021, Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts.

Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here
