Defending Your Rights
Our service law practice is driven by a commitment to fairness and justice for the individual employee. We strongly believe in standing up for those who have been wronged by unfair termination or arbitrary administrative decisions. We are proud to take on meritorious cases, often on a pro-bono or legal aid basis, and are prepared to argue them at the highest judicial levels to ensure that an individual’s rights are protected.
In Solanki Shobanaben Govindbhai & Ors. vs Deputy Administrative Officer & Ors., Diary No. 23844/2024 dated 25 October 2024, Supreme Court, a Supreme Court Legal Aid matter, we fought for the reinstatement of former part-time police employees. In another legal aid case, Sunil Kumar Gupta v Senior Divisional Manager IOCL, Diary Number 48353-2024 XI dated 10 December 2024, Supreme Court, we challenged the wrongful allotment of a petrol pump site, arguing that the process was unfair to our client. These cases reflect our dedication to ensuring that every person, regardless of their position, has a voice.
Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here.
