Defending Your Rights
We handle divorce and maintenance in Family Courts while also managing related criminal matters, like FIRs under Section 498A IPC, providing our clients with a cohesive and comprehensive legal strategy.
We have significant experience in litigating maintenance claims, including our pro-bono work in Usha & Ors v Sujit Yadav, Misc. Application No. 01/2020 dated 15 September 2022, Family Courts, Dwarka, where we secured support for an abandoned wife and her children. A core strength is our strategic handling of criminal cases linked to matrimonial disputes. We have fought for rightful settlements that have led to the quashing of FIRs, as in Ravijot Singh Matta & Ors. v. State, CRL.M.C. 5461/2025 dated 13 August 2025, Delhi High Court. We also handle contested matrimonial appeals, such as in Rumia Sharma v Rakesh Tilakraj Sharma, MAT. APP. (FC) 71/2023 dated 3 October 2023, Delhi High Court, where we challenged an interim maintenance order on behalf of the wife.
Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here.
PS - All case references are drawn from publicly available judgments and records. No confidential or privileged information is disclosed.
