Defending Your Rights

We regularly represent and guide our clients in complex trials and arbitrations involving property, contracts, inheritance and other relevant laws. We understand that these disputes are often deeply personal and financially significant, and we are committed to managing them with strategic foresight from the trial courts all the way to the Supreme Court. Our ability to handle a case through its entire journey ensures a consistent and effective strategy. Amongst many others is one case in point: Sai Kripa Engineering Works and Ors. v Narendra Kumar Shah, SLP (C) No. 24860/2018 dated 19 March 2025, Supreme Court, wherein we were representing the plaintiffs in a civil suit and succeeded in getting them the relief at every level from the original side of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court till the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Our work in this area also includes handling high-value and sensitive family property disputes. A notable example is our representation in Pranav Gupta v Adeesh Gupta, CS (OS) No. 154/2018 dated 13 April 2018, Delhi High Court, a partition suit valued at over 100 crores involving the family behind the Liberty shoe company, where we secured a critical interim injunction. We are equally adept at navigating landlord-tenant law, whether it's securing an eviction for a landlord in Kamal Kishore Saboo v Kahan Chand Surender Kumar, 32 RC ARC 405/21 dated 6 December 2024, CCJ-cum-ARC, Tis Hazari or defending the landlord’s crystallized possession rights before the Supreme Court in Ishwarlal Mali v Gopal & Ors., SLP (C) No. 24048/2023 dated 3 November 2023, Supreme Court. We also effectively pursue recovery suits for businesses and have secured decrees in cases such as Tradewel Spares Pvt Ltd v M/s Delta Construction Systems Ltd., Civil Suit No. 11709/2016 dated 21 February 2019, Tis Hazari Courts among others.

Needless to mention that these are just some examples of our work. For a detailed list of cases and clients that we have represented before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court etc., you can see our list of reported judgments here.
